Rotuma is a group of islands 200 kms north of Nadi, Fiji, with a population of 3,000. An appeal to Rotary by a doctor at Rotuma in Fiji to repair the dilapidated colonial hospital in Ahau met with a response from the Rotary Club of Suva North. The Rotary clubs of Auckland East, Pakuranga and Penrose in New Zealand were among those helping financially. After a week of serving together it was congratulations all round. See report page 21.
