It is envisaged that the club will give students another opportunity to serve local and international

communities. It should also give them a chance to develop leadership skills and personal integrity as well as advance international understanding. Bundaberg Sunrise President,Peter Ahern, said: “It is pleasing so many students should come forward so readily. We know that these fine young people can make a difference and your Rotary club is only too happy to

support them.”

The club will meet twice a month and be involved in a major local community project and a major international one.Other students have asked to join so the outlook is very positive.
